Located in and around the mouth of the Tanghe river the project is comprised of two icon towers, a winter-garden mall, town houses, villas, luxury hotels, an international ferry terminal, a cultural centre and 1,000 marina berths
The projects summer and winter public spaces give the public foreshore a generous feel while at the same time providing direct marina access to individual residences.
The project, which has been submitted for stage two government planning approval is a collaboration between Minifie van Schaik Architects and Terroir, and is coordinated by the RMIT University School of Architecure & Design.
